A ramble from the Elbe and the Spree to the Seine and the Hudson for children aged 6 years and above

Would you like to go on a trip with Kurt Weill? Then better start right away by laying a large map of the world on a tabletop, otherwise we won't be able to show you the journey you can undertake at this concert, travelling together with the composer born over 100 years ago in Dessau. From here we will first head to Berlin, really just a hop, a skip and a jump. But then… we will travel to the wonderful city of Paris, where we will take a stroll on the banks of the river Seine (almost as beautiful as our Elbe!) and around the Eiffel Tower. And as if that weren't far enough, we are also going to accompany Kurt Weill as he travels across the Atlantic to America. At this one concert you will get to know all the cities in which Kurt Weill lived around 75 years ago. For our Kurt life wasn't always a bed of roses – but he never let it get him down. And that surely has something to do with the great music which he was able to think up.
